Finance Business Partner
Up to £65,000 per annum
East Midlands, UK
Finitas has teamed up with a leading insurance broker to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will work on planning, forecasting, annual budgeting and reporting.
Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
*Lead monthly cost reviews, ensuring alignment with budget and addressing deviations.
*Report financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
*Support commercial decision-making and drive cost efficiencies.
*Work with central finance and assist in integrating newly acquired businesses.
Requirements:
*Qualified Accountant
*Over 5 years of experience in commercial finance within the insurance industry.
*Proven track record in budgeting, planning, and monthly reporting.
