Job Description:
Planned Works Surveyor required to join a great team within the Social Housing Sector, Manchester based.

Description
*Planning and executing work schedules in line with project timelines.
*Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations.
*Liaising with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
*Contributing to the development of project strategies and plans.
*Identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays in the construction process.
*Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on project progress.
*Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
*Assisting in the training and development of less experienced team members.
Profile
A successful Planned Works should have:
*A strong understanding and experience in the Construction industry.
*Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
*A commitment to health and safety, with a track record of adhering to regulations.
*A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
*REQUIRED: Experience of Planned works / Delivery within Social Housing.
