Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities within the apprenticeship sector.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
*Promote our apprenticeship programs to potential clients and partners.
*Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
*Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs.
*Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our presence in the market.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in business development, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector.
*Strong understanding of the UK apprenticeship landscape and funding mechanisms.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
*Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
