BI Manager
Location: South Birmingham, 3 days on-site per week
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance

A market leader in the automotive sector, this organization is known for innovation and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Trading and Marketing teams, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data reporting and business strategy.
The Role
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager, you will take ownership of key analytics and reporting functions to drive decision-making and enhance overall performance. Your role will involve:
*Reporting Development & Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive reports to monitor sales performance and key operational metrics.
*Performance Analysis: Analyze trading performance to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that will improve business outcomes.
*Strategic Support: Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and functional heads to support informed decision-making.
*Market & Competitor Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities that influence trading strategies.
*Data Integrity Oversight: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data sources, enabling high-quality analysis and reporting.
*Team Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly Tyre Squad meetings, own all data and reporting tasks, and deliver clear, concise reports and data visualizations that are easy to understand for stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
*Proven experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
*Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
*A minimum of 4 years’ experience in analytics or a related data-focused role.
*Experience with programming languages like R or Python (desirable but not essential).

Second Stage: Follow-up meeting with the Hiring Manager and the Head of Department.
