Job Description:
Operations Assistant
Our client, a global start-up sales company is looking to expand their operational offering and are now hiring an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their company. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing their career in operations and supporting a business through its growth.
This is a varied role, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day office management, managing stock levels and ensuring any maintenance issues are sorted as well as supporting reporting on the CRM, onboarding and offboarding team members, coordinating events for the team as well as supporting on any IT issues and working on ad hoc projects to support the growth of the business. This role also will be responsible for supporting on GDPR compliance and supporting on diary management.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with strong Microsoft skills and previous experience working with a CRM beneficial. This role requires an individual with excellent stakeholder management skills as well as someone able to manage multiple tasks at once and is adaptable and receptive to last minute requests.
