Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Grade: Band 6
Department: MRI Occupational Therapy
Location: Manchester Royal Infirmary, Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9WL
Trust: Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £21.79

Main duties of the job
*provide an efficient and high quality specialised occupational therapy service for in patients
*undertake a comprehensive assessment of patients including those with diverse or complex presentations/multi-pathologies in order to identify their problems
*Use clinical reasoning skills and assessment techniques
*o be able to give appropriate advice to ensure patients understanding, co-operation, compliance and consent
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
*Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
*Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
*Experience working in assessment and discharge planning
