Key Responsibilities:

*Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
*Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations for the management team.
*Handle general office tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
*Liaise with other departments as required.
*Generating sales leads through social media and other channels
Requirements:
*Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
*A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is desirable but not essential.
