About the Role

As a Dynamics Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics solutions across Quilter. Designs will be utilising Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider Microsoft Azure capabilities that have been implemented within the Quilter estate. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a Quilter wide platform implementation across multiple business units and will require you to be able to take and support the creation of business requirements and architect solutions that align to your architectural strategy for the platform and the wider Quilter architectural strategies.

You will be actively involved in supporting the wider business community in the delivery on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and providing oversite and guidance within the Dynamics Centre of Excellence (CoE) where guidance is sought.

You will be actively involved in supporting the stake holders through their business transformation providing guidance and options allowing for them to make good, informed decisions.

Contribute to Quilter’s Software Development Community of Practice making sure that the practices align architecturally to wider Quilter Enterprise strategy and align in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM space.

Be a thought leader in the implementation and ongoing enhancements of an IT Application framework, standards and governance aligned to Quilter’s Technology Strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Work with and influence all IT disciplines in the overall setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and be able to articulate this to the wider and not necessarily technical community whilst owning blueprint for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Quilter.

About You *A strong background in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
*Essential and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Application.
*Technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service", Sales" and Marketing" products.
*Lead solution design and architecture sessions with the project and development teams to align with the Quilter Dynamics Architecture.
*Good technical knowledge of the lower-level aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including but exclusively plugins, the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK and good development practices around these areas.
*Technical knowledge in the architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 managed solutions using Azure DevOps and be able to work with the other CoE members to developer well thought out solutions in this area.
*Experience of overseeing a Enterprise implementation where technical and personal guidance is required to support the operational teams.
It would be advantageous to have skills in: - *Experience working in an Agile environment for Business as Usual and Change.
*Experience of working in the financial sector
*Exposure to and some experience of working with structured architecture approaches (e.g. TOGAF).
