Title: Security System Engineer (Van Included)
Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 DOE
Location: East Birmingham (Travel inside the Midlands region)

Key Responsibilities
*Install, configure, and maintain a range of security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
*Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve both hardware and software issues promptly.
*Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively operate the security systems.
*Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized security solutions that meet specific needs.
*Stay up-to-date with industry advancements to recommend and implement system upgrades or new technologies when necessary.
*Document system installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks for future reference and compliance purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
*Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection technologies.
*Hands-On Ability: Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
*Problem-Solving Skills: A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with a keen attention to detail.
*Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
*Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and contribute to a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
*Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to install and support advanced security systems.
