We are seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Student Behaviour Mentor in January 2025. We are a specialist education school located in Swindon, supporting students aged 5-13 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor role focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence and motivatingstudents throughout their education.
*Supporting pupils facing behaviour management challenges
*Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
*Tracking progress and implementing education plans
*Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
*Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material

*£80 - £95 per day
*8am-4pm, Monday - Friday (35hrs)
*Based in Swindon

Key qualities of a Student Behaviour Mentor are that you are sure of yourself, have an extroverted nature, value trust and relationships and have patience for those struggling!
Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is very beneficial but not mandatory. Relevant education or previous experience is welcomed.
