Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for a dynamic independent Estate Agency brand in East London. The company is recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their market-leading office in Walthamstow.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, this position will suit a seasoned Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their Estate Agency career.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
*Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.
*Keep updated with the latest property market trends, pricing, and local developments.
*Delivering exceptional customer service to clients at every stage of the process.
About you:
*Minimum Lettings experience of 18 months.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Proven track record of hitting target.
*A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
The Senior Lettings Negotiator’s package:
*£25,000+ basic salary.
*Car allowance.
*Scaling pooled commission structure.
*Minimum £65,000+ OTE.
