Job Title: Telecoms Account Manager
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

The role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, up selling products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, building rapport and trust
*Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
*Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics and KPIs
*Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
Skills required:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
*A passion for all things technology!
*Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
