Company Accountant
My client is a highly successful fast growing small to medium sized business looking to recruit an experienced Compnay Acconuntant to report to the Directors and be responsible for the financial management of the business. The role is the number one role in finance and key responsibilities include : Monthly management production of accounts for review with the Executive Board for two group companies Annual budgeting process Fortnightly cash flow forecasting and review with Directors Quarterly property management billing , recharge costs monthly Quarterly VAT returns Oversee a finance assistant and the ledger work Bank reconcilations Companies House Filing and updates Oversee outsourced payroll Liaison with auditors at year end Tracking of contracts throughout the year Any other ad hoc duties
The PersonYou will already have a proven record of working in a similar role within a small to medium sized business or be looking for that next step A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CGMA ) is ideal but not essential You will have good communication skills and be used to dealing with a range of people across the business Strong excel skills and knowledge of Xero would be ideal. Excellent opportunity to be involved in an all round role in a fast paced environment
