Assistant Property Manager duties
*Assisting Property Managers with progressing actions arising from Health and Safety, Fire Risk, Asbestos assessments and other similar reports
*Assisting with re-tendering contracts
*Monitoring mailboxes and dealing with queries
*Obtaining quotations for works
*Management of a small portfolio
*Assisting with site visits to properties
