Legal Secretary- Residential Conveyancing

About the Firm & Role:
CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a multi-specialist law firm with offices across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established Law Firm at their office in the south east area of Sheffield.
Whilst the role is a permanent position, individuals who are available on a contract or temporary basis will also be welcomed to apply for this role. Whilst not a pre-requisite for the role, experience of the Liberate and Big Hand systems would be ideal.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
* Submit searches and complete Land Registry Applications.
* Providing secretarial support (audio typing and document production).
* Efficient administration skills associated with a busy office environment.
* Setting up new client files and carrying out case management.
* Some diary management and telephone contact.
* Corresponding with clients.
About you:
* Ability to work independently to a high standard and to effectively prioritise competing deadlines.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
* High standards of client and customer service.
* Previous experience in as a legal secretary ideally within a residential or commercial property capacity
