Are you a friendly and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our front of house team at an independent medical and healthcare clinic in Central London. Since 1995, they have been committed to offering excellent medical care in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
Position Details:
*Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:30 pm (with some early and late shifts)
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*Salary: £24,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year
*Location: In person
About the Role: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing front reception and waiting areas
*Handling patient bookings and enquiries via phone, in person, in writing, or by email
*Overseeing diary management, including membership schemes, appointments, visits, payments, and corporate client invoicing
*Facilitating effective communication between the reception team, clinical practitioners, laboratory services, corporate administrative staff, and Clinic directors
*Maintaining stock control for non-medical Clinic supplies
*Performing ad hoc administrative tasks
*Acting as a key holder and assisting with the security of the Clinic premises

*A commitment to delivering first-class customer service and patient experience
*Initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
*A friendly, engaging personality with a “can-do” attitude
*The ability to prioritize patient welfare, identify areas of risk, and mitigate potential problems in line with Clinic protocols
*Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload under pressure, prioritize tasks, delegate as necessary, and ensure timely completion of tasks
*Reliability, professionalism, and discretion
*Fluency in spoken and written English, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
