Job Description:
Administrator
Leeds city centre - No parking
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
£13.59 - Weekly pay
Temp contract with the chance to go permanent
January start date
Must pass credit and DBS check

Our client is looking to recruit 2 Administrators to join them in the new year, you must have Administration experience and be hard working to be considered for this role!
Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrator:
* Using the back-office system and Salesforce system to update accounts for a variety of reasons
* Processing account conversions from junior to adult accounts
* Checking ID and proof of address documents for account openings
* Contacting customers via email
* Sorting post and categorising to be passed to different areas in the department
Essential skills:
* IT literate
* Use of CRM’s
* Ability to communicate with clients at all levels
* Organisation
* Ability to prioritise work load
* An interested in financial services
