Job Description:
Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a fantastic client of ours in the manufacturing sector who are looking to add to their finance team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will hold the ability to manage a busy workload, and they must have a strong determination to progress and continuously develop within the business.
This role would be best suited to someone who can multi-task and deal with various duties at the one time and preferably someone who has previous experience in high volume environments.
Role Responsibilities
*Processing payroll for internal staff
*Reconciling company accounts
*Managing various bank accounts
*Processing purchasing invoices
*Preparing payment runs
*Processing SSP, SMP, PAYE, NIC and Holiday pay
*Various Ad-hoc duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience within a finance team
*Experience with financial reporting and month-end processes.
*Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
