Job Description:
This position requires a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be responsible for managing daily operations in our Accounting & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit control procedures and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial/manufacturing environment.

Description
*Manage credit control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
*Monitor customer accounts for irregularities and delayed payments.
*Prepare regular reports on account statuses and escalate issues as necessary.
*Collaborate with the finance team to set credit limits, based on risk and credit analyses.
*Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions, including application processes and payment schedules.
*Resolve customer credit issues in a timely and effective manner.
*Support the finance department in its day-to-day operations.
*Stay current with industry trends and developments in credit management.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
*An academic background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
*Proven experience in a credit control or similar role.
*Experience within the industrial / manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
*Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and principles.
*Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
*Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
