Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the food sector, covering Retail, Manufacturing, and/or Food Service, along with expertise in supplier management, centralized distribution systems, HACCP, and food hygiene practices.

Our client are growing Global QSR looking for a Technical Manager. This will report into the Head of Technical & oversee a lean team in the UK.
Description
*Manage customer communications regarding nutrition and allergen information, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
*Integrate and maintain accurate product specifications in customer systems.
*Oversee technical data systems, ensuring data integrity for decision-making.
*Collaborate with the development team to align new products with policies, safety regulations, and market trends.
*Manage supplier relationships, quality standards, and ethical compliance through regular communication and audits.
*Lead initiatives for quality improvement, supplier training, and internal team support.
*Take ownership of product quality, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
Profile
*At least 3 years of experience in Food Service, Retail, or Manufacturing.
*Passion for food, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
*Strong supplier management, negotiation, and technical problem-solving skills.
*Expertise in HACCP, quality systems, and food safety practices.
*Flexible for UK/ International travel; excellent communication and analytical skills.
*Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and industry awareness.
