Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
*Overseeing and controlling all aspects of the finance department
*Developing and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with the CEO
*Preparing annual budgets and monitoring performance against targets
*Undertaking company secretarial duties, including legal and regulatory compliance
*Building and maintaining relationships with shareholders, including reporting and raising investment when needed
*Driving profitability through improved margins and cost management
*Leading refinancing initiatives and preparing the business for future opportunities

What you will need:
*Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Director / Financial Controller / Director of Finance / Head of Finance / Finance Manager
*A proven background as a Finance Director in SMEs or a Financial Controller ready to step up
*A hands-on, change-driven approach with experience in operational and commercial decision-making
*A qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
*High-growth, private equity, or venture capital-backed experience is highly desirable
*Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
