Job Description:

Responsibilities:
*First point of contact for customer inquiries.
*Collecting information for repairs and managing engineer schedules.
*Coordinating corporate client work orders and updates.
*Processing customer orders, payments, and job completion.
*Managing spare parts, returns, and general office tasks.
Key Skills:
*Strong phone etiquette, organizational, and IT skills.
*Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Desirable:
*Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, or web design.
Person Specification:
*Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
Hours:
24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
