Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who will provide crucial support to the Accounting & Finance department within the Real Estate industry. This London-based role involves managing the accounts payable process end to end within the corporate team.

Description
*Manage day-to-day transactions including invoices and expenses
*Perform bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency
*Assist in preparing financial reports
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
*Process payments in a timely manner
*Support monthly CIS Reporting and submissions
*Support the Accounting & Finance department in other tasks as required
Profile
*Experience and knowledge of an accounts payable/ receivables function within a real estate environment.
*Bank Reconciliation experience
*Experience of Excel to an intermediate standard
*Experience using Readsoft/ Great Plains/ Concur (Advantage)
*Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (Advantage)
*Excellent communication and influencing skills.
*Experience of using OCR invoicing system
*Ability to think proactively and use initiative to contribute to the success of the team
*Excellent attention to detail
*Problem solving skills
