The Company
We are working in partnership with a high growth Real Estate group who are looking for a NED and Chair of their Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
The Role
Working closely with the founder and the Board the role will challenge and help develop strategy, participating actively in the decision-making process and scrutinising the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives. Serving as Chair and a key member of the RNC, you will advise on board and executive level remuneration assessing performance and contributing to the implementation of the nomination processes.
The Person
We are looking for talented HR individuals who bring relevant experience in compensation, benefits and remuneration with proven experience operating at Board level as a Non-Exec within the Real Estate/Built Environment sector. With a track record of working in high growth property businesses you will bring significant experience as a Non-Executive Director and have chaired an RNC previously.
The NED is expected to be available for Board Meetings and ad-hoc advice to the Board on an as-needs basis with a time commitment estimated as c2 days per month.
