What You Will Do:
*Support the delivery of the People Strategy within Propulsion Operations, including Employee Performance Management & Business Advisory Committee activities.
*Work on key projects and support a variety of employee lifecycle activities across the department.
*Collaborate with stakeholders from manufacturing and trade unions to drive engagement projects.
*Ensure effective communication across all levels, adapting your style to suit a variety of audiences.
*Utilise generalist HR experience to advise on policy applications for Absence, Recruitment, Training, Payroll, and Contractual obligations.
*Engage closely with wider HR teams to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You Will Bring:
*Proven generalist HR experience, with a solid understanding of HR policies and their application (such as Absence, Recruitment, Training, Payroll & Contractual obligations).
*Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including management and shop floor staff to deliver engagement projects.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the adaptability to engage a diverse audience.
*Experience within a manufacturing and/or unionised environment is highly preferred.
*Project management skills and experience facilitating events or workshops are desirable.
*Qualification in HR/Relevant discipline or CIPD qualification.
