Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator on a 1-year Maternity Contract to join our team at Chambers and Partners. Please note that we would like this person to begin at the start of March 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide support and technical direction for the Salesforce instance and related products (Pardot, DocuSign, internal databases), and manage relationships with key stakeholders across all departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
*Own and execute the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and Pardot to support the business vision and KPIs. Ensure benefits are clearly understood
*Foster and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships, both with the business and technology, supported by exceptional communication.
*Own end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, effectively managing dependencies, risks and issues.
*Work with Technology data teams to assess, plan and execute data integration needs.
*Work and manage 3rd party products and providers that integrate into the architecture
*Ensure the data integrity and hygiene across the platforms
*Prepare for upgrades and conduct regular internal system audits
*User management, training and creation of profiles, roles & record types
*Creation of workflows and automation to improve the user experience
*Provide Salesforce training and end-user support
Skills and Experience
*Significant System Administrator experience with Salesforce.com with proven previous hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud, Pardot and Service Cloud applications in Salesforce Lightning environment
*Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator
*Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
*Experience in developing processes and creating end-user documentation as well as experience in QA testing.
*Data literate, understanding how data can be structured and manipulated to enhance the commercial drivers and KPIs
