Job Title: Client Support Executive
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Location: Henley-On-Thames
Our well established client are looking for an experienced Client Support Executive to join them at their wonderful offices in Henley-On-Thames and serve as first point of contact for clients. Handling incoming enquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive brilliant customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as main point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring queries are answered effectively
• Following up to ensure clients are happy with the service provided and provide regular updates regarding status and next steps
• Scheduling calls
• Ensure all relevant details are recorded in the database
• Working with colleagues to obtain updates when required
• Allocating clients to the team members
• Prepare reports for review during meetings
Requirements:
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise efficiently
