Location: Henley-On-Thames

Our client, a well established practice with lovely offices in central Henley are looking for a detail oriented and organised administrator to support their team in delivering excellent service and assisting with Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Code and input staff and office expenses, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
• Accurately input receipts and disbursements into the CRM system
• Assist with month end billing
• Collation of data
• Provide support for the legal team
• Handling telephone calls and answering queries
Required:
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
