Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £460 - £500 per week

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Work closely with young people displaying challenging behaviours, helping them navigate difficulties and reduce the risk of reoffending.
*Support the development and implementation of personalized intervention plans to encourage positive behaviour changes.
*Engage with youth offenders in 1:1 sessions or small group settings, building trust and supporting their rehabilitation.
*Assist in developing essential skills for social integration, responsibility, and making positive lifestyle choices.
*Collaborate with other professionals, including probation officers, social workers, and educators, to provide holistic support to young offenders.

*A criminology graduate with a passion for youth justice and working with young people facing challenges.
*Experience in a related role is desirable but not essential; we offer full training and support.
*A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team.
*A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
*Ability to commute to Luton
