Fixed Term Contract - ASAP start to Dec 2025

*Are you used to working in a matrix fashion, with a range of stakeholders and SMEs across HR, IT and Finance?
We’re exclusively working with a well-known National Charity, who’s vital work and services are needed more than ever at this time of year, supporting with the cost-of-living crisis, lack of housing and reduction in front line services. Going into 2025 and beyond, the organisation are looking to transform the way they operate internally, so they can better serve their mission.
This committed, collaborative HR / People team are looking for a People Systems Implementation Manager to join an agile HR project team, and help in the procurement and implementation of a brand new HRIS system, encompassing their ATS, LMS and Core HR systems. The organisation are truly invested in this period of system change, to become more data-driven, automate and streamline processes, and empower their People team to continuously improve their service offering.
We are looking for a HR Systems (HRIS) specialist with a wealth of implementation experience, that can act as the primary HR systems lead, working alongside the Project Manager and wider Project Team / HR SMEs, to manage the end to end implementation of their chosen system.
This role will involve;
*Project management of the full implementation, from procurement to delivery
*Organisation wide collaboration with a range of stakeholders across IT, PMO, Finance and HR to ensure the new system aligns with policies and processes.
*Create opportunities to improve workflows and processes, driving change and continuous improvement in a sustainable way.
*Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting functionality and training to the wider People team to ensure effective use of the new systems.

Previous experience within the Third Sector or Charity sector would also be beneficial, but not essential.
This is an immediate vacancy to start Jan/Feb 2025, so successful candidates must be available on maximum 1 month notice.
