Job Description:
Join our client, a renowned institution in the higher education sector, they are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their vibrant team. Start ASAP, pay £19.91ph, duration 3 months, hours Monday-Friday 35 hours per week, this position is working fully on-site full time (5 days per week) throughout the placement. This exciting opportunity is based just a short walk from South Kensington train station.
In this role, you will utilise your administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent support to staff and students. With a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, you will coordinate various tasks, including event administration and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and assist with daily tasks of the undergraduate office and teaching team
*Act as the first point of contact for staff, students, and external visitors
*Maintain accurate records on student files, activities, and course information
*Foster a positive and supportive working environment
