We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Membership (B2C) to lead on growth in member recruitment, activation, and retention across an expanding network of clinics.
What will you be responsible for?
*Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales and membership strategy.
*Oversee and optimize face-to-face and telesales channels.
*Design and implement activation and retention strategies.
*Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and membership teams.
*Drive community engagement initiatives.
*Deliver performance reports and use data-driven insights.
*Evaluate and implement marketing technology.
Who are you?
*Proven success in senior sales or membership-focused roles.
*10+ years in membership sales and management.
*Strong leadership and team-building experience.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
*Passion for creating exceptional member experiences.
