Job Title: Account Manager - EMEA & APAC
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000pa + Commission / Bonus (up to £20K)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you’ll nurture relationships and drive growth across Europe and Asia, expanding their client base and uncovering new opportunities with a solutions-focused approach. If you’re dynamic, proactive, and experienced in selling research, consulting, or intangible services, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Renewals: Ensure on-time renewals of annual contracts.
*Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
*Client Needs Analysis: Align products and services with client missions.
*Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
*Account Development: Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities.
*Client Support: Manage client inquiries and expectations.
*Reporting: Forecast sales and maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred).
*Market Insights: Provide feedback to improve services.
Key Requirements:
*3+ years in account management, with a proven sales record.
*Experience in cleantech, sustainability, or related sectors preferred.
*Results-driven, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Willingness to travel internationally.
