Job Description:
The team at NET Recruit are supporting a business in the educational sector that is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team in Leighton Buzzard.
You Role
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Building strong working relationships over the phone with potential clients
*Ensuring that follow ups are done in person via visits to prospects
*Following up from this with both emails and letters
*Managing targeted postal mailings
*Utilising tools such as LinkedIn to prospect and scope out potential leads, as well as contacting clients via other methods of direct outreach
*Attending exhibitions to win over new business several times per year
You MUST Have:

*Comfortable with cold-calling
*Extensive experience within a comparable role
*Results driven and resourceful
Your Opportunity:
As a business that is focussed on providing expert services for many educational establishments, in areas such as construction and interior design, this is a highly successful organisation that is embarking on an exciting growth period. This role will sit within the Marketing & Business Development team and will collaborate with 4-5 other team members to create a cohesive and targeted business development and marketing approach.
A fantastic starting salary of up to £60k will be available as well as an enticing peripheral package including a very generous bonus scheme and the option for company profit shares. Additionally, there will also be a good holiday allowance, pension contribution and opportunity for further work benefits and monetary incentives. This role can also be worked in a hybrid manner, upon the completion of a probationary period. There will also be excellent training support and career progression.
