In this key role, you will be an integral member of a small, dynamic office team. Your main focus will be to build strong relationships with tenants and effectively manage lease renewals.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing incoming calls on both office and mobile phones
- Engaging with tenants to ensure compliance with essential documents, such as EICR and Gas Certificates
- Overseeing estate compliance to maintain high standards
- Organising and responding to a shared inbox efficiently
- Attracting and coordinating enquiries from potential new tenants
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- A valid driving licence is essential
- Confident individuals with exceptional communication skills
