We are now working with a very successful US asset management firm, who are looking to add an Equity Research Associate to their APAC Equity Research team.
The focus will be listed technology businesses.
The role can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore
In this role, you will work on:
Acting as a full member of the Research team working on stock analysis and portfolio analysis, focused on listed APAC tech businesses
Working closing with very experienced Fund Managers
Carrying out detailed commercial , financial and business analysis of investments
Preparing investment memorandum
Financial modelling and analysis
Monitoring the existing portfolio
Making buy and sell recommendations
The fund takes a long only approach towards investing.
They are keen on meeting people who will have a background as follows:
Equity Research analyst with a leading asset management firm
Equity Research analyst with a sell side firm
The role is probably suitable for someone with 3-6 years experience
Genuine interest in investing and financial markets
Strong academic background
Excellent technology equity research experience
