Job Description:
A top London-based Wealth Management company is looking for a permanent Business Analyst with Client Lifecycle experience to work on projects across multiple functions of the business and IT.
This role will create capacity in front office teams through implementing technologies through digital and creating efficiencies in the client journey.
help deliver the end-to-end business change, required through identified initiatives within the Wealth Management change agenda.
This role leads, and is responsible for, the execution of all aspects of requirements delivery, including planning, elicitation, analysis and problem solving, documentation, process modelling, time management, and support.
You will utilise enterprise and external sources to set the standard methodologies by which the Business Analysts operate.
This is working on a large integration programme of 2 companies and can potentially be positioned anywhere within the business, but most likely will end up covering many different functions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Investigate and analyse business situations and identify options for business improvement.
*Assess and communicate risks associated with the change and strategy to mitigate the risks.
*Conduct regular assessments of the requirement progress against the business objectives.
*Coordinate and monitor multiple simultaneous project activities to prevent or minimize potential negative impacts.
*Provide line management, guidance, and support to build the capabilities of less experienced Business Analysts.
*Build and maintain a network of internal and external contacts, sharing best practice, key learnings, and opportunities for development.
*Design and provide performance reporting on respective initiatives as required to Senior Management & other stakeholders.
*Define and document current and future state processes and data modelling based on approved standards.
Required:
*Business Analyst / Business Analysis experience
*Wealth Management / Private Banking experience
*Client Experience / Client Journey / CX experience
*Ability to liaise across multiple functions and up to stakeholders of a senior level
*Good experience with current and future state design and data modelling
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Ideal:
*BCS qualification
