As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the executive leadership team, shaping the commercial strategy and driving the development of the product portfolio. Collaborating across teams, you will deliver market-leading solutions, identify growth opportunities, and ensure offerings align with customer and partner needs. In this product-driven environment, your responsibilities will include significant involvement in product design and testing. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, a structured working style, a content-driven sales approach, and keen attention to detail.

DESCRIPTION.
*Identify and prioritise product features for the technology team.
*Monitor trends and collaborate with clients to uncover market opportunities.
*Support the Managing Director in team growth, strategy, and priority setting.
*Develop and refine sales materials with sales and customer success teams.
*Build client relationships and represent the firm at industry events.
*Oversee product development, testing, and feature launches with the technical team.
*Participate in testing and provide actionable feedback to improve user experience.
*Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
*Align product strategies with business goals in partnership with the Managing Director.
*Assist in sales efforts, leveraging product knowledge to attract and retain clients.
*Supervise Customer Success and Testing teams to ensure flawless delivery.
*Create and maintain documentation to support product development.
Experience
*Extensive experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Business Development Manager, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
*Proven success in managing and scaling complex start-ups.
*Strong commercial acumen with a content-driven sales approach.
*Structured and organised working style.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Outstanding communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Proven capability to balance innovation with operational efficiency.
*Basic technical knowledge to effectively contribute to product development.
