As the Head of Technology, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading technology evolution. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
*Develop and execute the firm’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
*Manage and inspire a high-performing technology team and external providers.
*Oversee the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments.
Infrastructure & Security
*Optimize and secure technology infrastructure, collaborating with an MSP for core services.
*Maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
*Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Applications & Data
*Enhance data management and governance strategies to support analytics and reporting.
*Drive application integration to meet the needs of trading, operations, and compliance teams.
*Develop and oversee advanced data analytics frameworks, including AI and generative tools.
Innovation & Vendor Management
*Stay ahead of technology trends, leveraging emerging tools for competitive advantage.
*Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate optimal contracts.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in technology leadership within financial services or a similar field.
