About the Role
HF has been undertaking recoveries work for clients for a number of years and the team have a great reputation due to their specialist industry experience securing many millions of pounds per annum for clients.
The Recoveries team is a great place to start building your legal experience and will provide you with a strong grounding to progress your career within HF. This is an opportunity for you to learn on the job, no previous experience or legal qualification is required as you will undergo regular supervision with your line manager, receiving day-to-day support to enable you to succeed.

If you have amazing communication skills, a confident and professional telephone manner along with a strong work ethic, this would be an amazing role to allow you to kick start your career in law.
You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable.
What will you be doing?
*Manage a caseload or pre-litigation work.
*Obtain and draft witness statements.
*Review third party evidence.
*Manage client expectations.
*Resolution & negotiation of pre-litigation liability disputes.
*Resolution & negotiation of pre-litigation Quantum disputes.
*Take initiative to suggest ideas for improvements and understand the value of different working ideas.
*Work to set priorities, create clear plans and manage all work to meet the needs of the client.
