*Salary Grade: £31,357 to £43,729 per annum including London Weighting

Day-to-day of the role: *Teach and develop programmes of study in Electrical Installation that reflect the latest industry standards and technology.
*Participate in open evenings and recruitment activities, providing accurate information and guidance to potential students.
*Contribute to the production of informational materials and fact sheets.
*Interview potential applicants and play an active role in the college’s interviewing schedules.
*Develop, promote, and deliver effective marketing and recruitment strategies for the programme.
*Ensure the retention and achievement of students through the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Extensive knowledge and experience in Electrical Installation.
*Proven teaching ability or relevant industry training experience.
*Strong commitment to educational excellence and student success.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals with diverse industry experiences.
*Willingness to undertake further training, including fully funded Diploma in Education and Training qualification at the College.
