We are searching for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our client, a leading provider of innovative automotive solutions, in the Reading area. The SEO Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our client’s online presence to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective SEO strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings

* Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and create content strategies that align with search intent

* Perform on-page optimisation, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking strategies

* Monitor and improve website performance metrics such as page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience

* Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-optimised content, tailored to the automotive industry and prospective customer.ps

* Manage and build backlinks to enhance domain authority

* Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market

* Track, analyse, and report on website traffic, rankings, and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and digital marketing

* Provide recommendations for technical SEO improvements in collaboration with the web development team

Key Skills:
* Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, either from an Agency or in-house commercial team environment

* Knowledge of local SEO practices and strategies

*Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing channels
