Early Years Teaching Assistant / EYFS Classroom Assistant - SN3

My client, a values-driven primary school, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. Working with an experienced and supportive team, you’ll help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their potential. This role is set to start in January, working for 15 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year.

*Supporting early learners in their personal, social, and academic development.
*Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
*Working one-on-one or in small groups with children, including those with SEN and SEMH needs.
*Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
*Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative school community.
