BOUTIQUE SUPERVISOR - CHELSEA
UP TO £36,000 PLUS COMMISSION
Responsibilities:
*Support management in driving sales, clienteling initiatives, and profitability.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a seamless luxury experience.
*Motivate and lead team members to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
*Oversee day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising and stock control.
*Represent the brand with professionalism and passion, consistently enhancing service standards.
Requirements:
*Passion for the luxury retail sector with a proactive and sales-driven approach.
*1+ year of experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant in a premium or luxury brand.
*Demonstrable experience in clienteling and people management.
*Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while inspiring others.
