Job Description:
HR Project Lead
An interim opportunity to help support a global brand. The HR Project Lead will focus specifically on managing the end-to-end analysis and proposals for potential policies and processes across the UK and the globe. The role will also be responsible for data and reporting for the HR team.
Key Deliverables:
*Conduct a side-by-side analysis of all policies across the UK and overseas
*Once the analysis is complete present findings and proposals for policies that can be aligned and policies that need to remain specific to country due to legal compliance.
*Produce concise process maps for all policies including key contacts at each stage of the process.
*Conduct a change impact assessment of the proposals and map out the plan to implementation and ensure legal compliance.
*Identify training requirements / working practices & behavioural change
*Accountable for the collation & submission of timely data and reporting throughout the full HR calendar including: People data; Finance Reporting; HR Scorecard; Talent Scorecard; DEI Reporting; Workforce Engagement;
*In the absence of the P&P practitioner manage monthly payroll submission.
The Right Candidate:
*CIPD qualified with experience of managing projects.
*Previous experience as a HR Project officer/lead focussing on developing legally compliant policies & procedures.
*Ideally have some international employment law knowledge combined with strong UK employment law knowledge.
*Strong analytical skills with alignment to data informed decision making.
*Effective, approachable communication skills
*Able to efficiently manage projects from scope to implementation.
*Confident in ambiguity, with a positive, solution focus
*Adaptable, resilient and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
