Housing Support and Administration Officer (Service Development) with focus on tenant engagement
Grade 3, £ 24,404 to £ 25,584 per annum pro rata
Part time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, permanent contract
Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for scheduling and attention to detail? We’re looking for someone to join our busy team providing excellent engagement and involvement opportunities to our housing tenants.
In this role, you will provide intuitive administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include organising tenant engagement activities, attending events and meetings, producing minutes, booking rooms, organising catering and transport and maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, liaising with tenants professionally and courteously via phone, letter, and email. Your ability to liaise with tenants using their preferred contact methods will ensure inclusive and effective communication.
As the main point of contact for customers, you will manage the Service Development email inbox, follow up on actions from meetings, and carry out customer surveys. You will also support the creation of newsletters and social media content. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent administrative support, we would love to hear from you!
We operate a ’hybrid working’ model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable. The contractual base will be office based with agreed flexibility to work from home or at remote working locations in the borough.
