Primary School Teacher - Derbyshire
Location: Across Derbyshire

Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Delivery:

2. Classroom Management:
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Set clear expectations for behaviour and academic progress.
*Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting mutual respect and cooperation.
3. Assessment and Feedback:
*Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
*Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
*Collaborate with colleagues to track student development.
4. Parent Communication:
*Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
*Attend parent-teacher meetings and discuss student progress.
*Address any concerns or queries promptly.
5. Professional Development:
*Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and best practices.
*Attend relevant workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
*Reflect on your teaching practice and seek continuous improvement.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT/ ECT) status.
*Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
*Valid DBS check and two professional references.
