Job Title: Junior Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: Northampton (On-site, 5 days per week; potential for hybrid work after successful integration)

As part of their ongoing digital transformation journey, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Dynamics CRM Developer to join their dynamic team to work closely alongside the IT Manager.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Developer to take on responsibility and grow their skill set in a supportive yet challenging environment. You will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365, focusing on sales, customer service, and customer engagement modules. Working closely with a small but growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on the company’s technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
*Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on sales, customer service, and customer engagement functionalities.
*Customise and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
*Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
*Contribute to testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 applications.
*Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CRM performance and functionality.
*Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and related technologies to recommend enhancements and best practices.
Key Requirements:
*A minimum of 1 year’s experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM.
*Hands-on experience with web development frameworks, including JavaScript and HTML.
*Proficiency in working with SQL databases.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Desirable Skills:
*Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
*Knowledge of Azure services and how they integrate with Dynamics 365.
*Experience with CRM data migration and integration tools.
*Certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies is a bonus.
