Job Description:
Seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join a growing estate agency team. In this role, you will help the Director to drive sales and lettings growth, providing exceptional customer service and mentoring junior staff where necessary. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations while fostering strong relationships with buyers and tenants.
Duties
*Follow effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
*Engage with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
*Daily lead generation of viewings and market appraisals.
*Mentor and support less experienced sales advisors in their professional development where necessary.
*Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market and the wider property market.
*Conduct regular follow ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business by asking for recommendations and referrals.
*Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the customer base.
Skills
*At least two years current experience in an estate agency sales or lettings role.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
*Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping.
*A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
*A love for hitting the phones and generating business.
*Must have a full UK driving licence
Salary and package details
*£27-35K
