The Opportunity:
They are looking for a Quant Associate Director to join their growing quant team. You will be working on a range of different clients and projects and you will be instrumental in the strategic direction of the team and you will be involved in business wins and development of new clients and identifying opportunities. You will be immersed in a highly knowledgeable quant team who implement innovative and creative approaches to help clients resolve a range of commercial problems they face.
About you:
You will be an established Associate Director level working in the world of quant research, delivering both ad-hoc and experience with continuous quant research and a range of different approaches. You will have in-depth quantitative experience, the ability to design research approaches according to client business needs. You should have a proven track record in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insight. You should be able to lead on creating innovative, winning proposals and pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs.
You will also be experienced at developing and helping build on other team members’ skill-set within the area of quant research. You should be able to mentor more junior team members and have experience line managing and on the job coaching. Be able to work as part of a wider company and contribute to the growth of the business.

This role will offer hybrid working from a London office 3/4 days a week and the rest from home
